Available April through September, then we switch over to our winter blend Fireside.

This coffee is a blend created specifically to brew as a cold brew (although it brews amazingly hot also)!

The blend is well balanced and has a great juicy sweetness that is delicious black or with a splash of cream over ice.

VarietalTypica, Bourbon, Arusha, Caturra, Colombia

Growing Altitude: 1,300 -1,600 meters

Process: Washed and dried in the sun

Cupping Notes: Plum, Red Apple, Almond and Chocolate

Small bits of stone or concrete may be found in patio dried coffee. Check carefully to avoid damage to grinders.

Bryan’s Ice Coffee

Ordered the ice coffee for my son who considers himself a connoisseur of coffee, he lives in Seattle after all. No report yet on how it tastes.

Hi there, Deborah! Thank you for trying out our Falcon Cold Brew Coffee. We're glad to hear that your son, a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur in Seattle, is giving it a try. We can't wait to hear his thoughts on the taste. Happy sipping!

You sent me expired coffee!

I ordered my coffee in June. The bag of coffee I received was labeled as expiring 1/23!
I sent an email to “David” asking for a fresh bag. Never heard back. I sent a photo of the bag and date.

Hi Nanci! Appologies for not getting your email. My guess is that when we set our date stamp, we missed changing the year from 23 to 24. We roast to order each week, so I'm confident your coffee wasn't expired. We date 6 months out, so a best by date of 01/24 should have been on your bag. But no worries! We're sending you another bag today for your troubles. Thanks for your understanding.
